This weightlifting bench has been a fantastic addition to my home gym. Its sturdy construction provides excellent support during heavy lifts, and it's even comfortable for doing Bulgarian split squats with one foot on the bench. Both this with not to much expectation due to it's price but I was happily amazed how good it is. It's comfortable enough and does exactly what I want it to do . Very happy with this purchase. Remember holds up to 300kg . This is for sensible exercise and not for 200kg plus bench press . Perfect for dumble use and sensible bench press up to 150kg easily.

Good quality to workout at home. Just be aware its not very long.

Relatively easy to fold and put away, sturdy and comfortable to use. Good bench overall. But I'm not doing any insane weights and am just 61kg myself, so haven't put high load on it.

Solid frame, comfy padding and it folds away making it convenient to store.
