Q: Is it suitable for vegans?

It seems like its suitable for vegans. However I am an expert on "vegans" hence I cannot answer the question with a definite yes or no. Its an excellent product and have been using for a long time.

Q: Is there alternative product last longer?

I've used several other products but they ALL have never lasted longer than a couple of hours... If that. When allowed to dissolve in the "pockets" above, between teeth and cheeks really well, the statement on the label, "increases the flow of saliva 400%" is true. I've have been using the product for years and have not been disappointed. I do use 2 at a time. No brushing after, do not chew,as this is not effective. Allowing the lozenges to disolve totally between the cheek and gum lines. No rinsing until morning. Done right, there's not any better product out there.

Q: What does the acutal lozenge look like?

To me it looked grey. Good product for dry mouth .My dentist recommends it.

90, and worth every penny to someone 1 year out from radiation that ruined my salivary glands. I couldn’t sleep without it. I see no end to this wonderful treatment. It lasts 12 hours, xyzlimelts were 6-8 hours. For me, if I forget (because I have to wait 30 minutes after ACT mouthwash treatment) and fall asleep, I wake at 3 AM with my teeth stuck to my gums. It’s a great product.
