I recently purchased the travel bag with high hopes of its durability and functionality. Unfortunately, my experience with this bag has been nothing short of disappointing. From the very first use, the tire on the bag broke, leaving me in a frustrating and inconvenient situation.The fact that the tire broke so quickly raises serious concerns about the overall quality and craftsmanship of this travel bag. I expected it to withstand regular travel conditions, including airport handling and transportation on different surfaces. However, it failed to live up to even the most basic expectations.The broken tire not only hindered my ability to move the bag smoothly but also made it incredibly challenging to maneuver, especially in crowded spaces. This situation not only caused unnecessary stress but also delayed my travel plans and inconvenienced me in multiple ways.Given the substantial price I paid for this bag, I expected a much higher level of durability and reliability. Regrettably, it fell short in both areas. This bag's tire breakage issue has left me deeply dissatisfied with my purchase, and I cannot recommend it to others.I strongly urge the manufacturer to improve the quality control and design of their travel bags to prevent such unfortunate incidents from occurring. Customers deserve products that can withstand normal wear and tear, especially when they are specifically designed for travel purposes.In conclusion, based on my experience with this travel bag, I have no choice but to rate it one star. Good quality

I bought this suitcase in Aug 2024 and after using it twice, the inside lining fabric got torn. In addition to that the zipper for the pocket on the divider just broke. Is there a warranty for this suitcase? If there is who should we contact and what is their contact details. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Excellent quality, very sturdy material. Very roomy and enough pockets.Wheels are great for even heavy luggage.Unique color helps find it quickly on luggage belt/airport. Cant miss it

Great price. Light weight. Capacity ok. Zipper seems weak, lets see how long it last.
