It really depends on the length of your baby's feet. I purchased a size 3 for my son when he was six months old.

Q: what number would be size 5c

When I purchased I bought 3C if that's not available I would go with the sizes listed with sizes listed as 0-10 I'm not very positive I'm so sorry but was easy ordering and could tell that the size fell in with infant sizes

I'm sorry I'm not sure it was a gift but looking at the pic it looks like u can cuz the lace is not even in the last hole they cute go for it Lol
