Very compact and works perfectly! I was looking for a compacy file storage solution I could keep in my laptop bag and use wirelessly without having to remove and plugin. Automatically detects and runs and I can keep my files safe if something happens to my laptop.

Intended to offload files (photos, music, docs, etc,) from my iPad, then PC. Got to connect to InfinitiKloud network, but no wireless connection to offload files. Could not offload. Bought USB-C to lightning cable to try a hardwired connection, NOTHING! Instructions do not focus on specifics, just vague generalities. I am still holding out faith that I can offload my files, and with appropriate assistance from the company, if that is successful, I will write legitimate praises online. Right now I feel I have wasted good money on a non-winking gadget..

I was hoping this would work as stated and it really did!Going to get a few more for my kids now that I know it does work!I had a quick question and customer service answered in a very timely manner.

This is a great option for backing up my photos. I hate the fact Apple tries to make you pay for cloud storage, this allow me to back them up and keep them safely with me. I also love the fact that I can backup from multiple devices.I’m still trying to figure out how to get two Apple devices to backup, may need to work with tech support

Thought of backing up stuff from my iPhone. Not in anyway working.

I bought this as an easy way to transfer documents in the files app on my iPad and iPhone between each other and my computer as well as backup all of my photos. I got the device to register on both devices where it will backup photos, videos and contacts. What it will not do is backup documents on either device. It will not even show the documents. You can tell that they are there, since when you click on the device information, it describes the unsavable data. I have watched several videos of people having no problems with this but mine just does not work. I have contacted Infiniti Klondike support several times and all I get is “Thanks for your patience - we've been experiencing an extremely high volume of support requests, and are answering enquiries in order received.” I’ve gotten about five of these with no help. I’ve been through all the forums and manuals and still can’t find anything. If someone knows the answer PLEASE HELP!

I bought this to get pictures off of several old phones. Didn't know that you have to install the Infinity Kloud app on the phone to be copied. Some older phones don't support this app, so I am having to e-mail each pic from the old phone and store it on my computer. Also, I bought a 1TB microSD card for it, but the app only reads it as 64GB. There is nothing wrong with SD card--computer reads it fine. Overall disappointed because I haven't been able to use it for anything. No data transfer via app, cable connection or wifi.
