Great System 👌🏽
This is worth its money. Setting it up was a breeze, and works as intended. They have a rep text and / or call you immediately to check in if your system is set off. So glad I purchased this! I can’t recommend this system enough!

Exceeds expectations
Let me start by saying this is very user friendly super easy to setup even if you are not tech savvy! The app walks you through setup AND IT COMES WITH BATTERIES! I usually wait months to do reviews on products because I want to be sure I have used it a good bit to ensure I’m giving a fair and honest review on the quality of the product but I have many Wyze products mainly cameras several of which I’ve had for many years so I feel confident in saying that this product is made with the same quality. This product is affordable, looks very nice, and was made with quality materials. I’m so excited about this alarm system . It has So many features and ways you can modify alarm settings. If you are looking for a good quality alarm system that’s affordable then look no further oh also the monitoring monthly service is low! This also came with 3 months free service

Disaster from Installation to Sensors to Monitor Company
Never wanted to have a negative or avoid or dislike option...until now.I have been using WYZE cameras for years - so I thought maybe they will produce an inexpensive alarm system. WRONG!Summary of issues:1) Installation - Door Sensor - design failure and no extra sticky material provided.They only provide the pressure sensor attachment, unlike other alarm systems that include an optional plastic holder with screws. Door molding prevented installation level, stuck it to the molding - the door caught the sensor - so had to try to install again. But tape would not stick again - and no extra provided. So now I have a sensor dangling, might fall off and setoff alarm by accident. No optional plastic holder was provided that would allow sturdy screw installation. (Simplisafe describes EXACTLY what should be designed - read WYZE designers!)2) Installation - Hub - Reset button. Not sure if WYZE has bugs in firmware, but if you accidently touch for 1 second the reset button which is raised on back. You have to delete all devices and setup again. Attempted to contact HELP, but unavailable for 3 days due to Rai typhoon. Found blog, followed suggestion to hold reset for 13 seconds - did not solve, had to delete and re-setup all devices3) Motion Sensor - Cheap and useless. Unless you have no windows with zero sunlight, throw this away. Set on Lowest sensitivity, with shades down and on sunny day, triggers motion sensor incorrectly every 5 minutes.4) Alarm company - Issue 1 - Does not provide Caller ID or what number will contact youSo when they call you - you have no idea if it is a telemarketer or company - shows up just as a foreign number5) Alarm company - Issue 2 - Does not provide details of WHO they will contact in the event of an emergency - just you are "all set" Well guess what idiots, my house has a local township and you called the STATE Police!! No where in app or6) Alarm company - Issue 3 - You can NOT call the foreign alarm system spams call number BACK - it is only outgoing. You ONLY can disable alarm is from App. AND though app tells you it is disarmed and you are "All Set" guess what, they did NOT cancel.So I ended up with alarm company with random number calling me, they did leave message, I attempted to call back, unable, 2 minutes after alarm went off, I disabled from app. But they did not cancel and they are contacting the WRONG jurisdiction. Waiting for a bill in the mailI wish i never purchased a product from a company that has NO business or understanding of what a security system is to be designed or proper procedures.

Excellent product item exactly as pictured
Love the look of this small but mighty product. Setup was fast and easy. When you purchase the system without subscription you will not have full alarm functionality only chimes with text or email notifications. During the set up you should receive a notice that an email can be sent regarding service plans. Make sure you activate service through that email so you don't have to purchase unnecessary or duplicate products. I recommend this product for studio apartments or smaller homes. I also like the male voice announcements with full functionality. Awesome product.

Non techy review :)
I am pretty slow with electronics and technology so I was intimidated by putting up my own home security but Wyze really made it easy. These sensors work great and are always accurate. They were very easy to install. The only downfall is not much tech support at all ( not likely needed though) and if you lose electric or internet connection you lose your system. It does have battery back up but without internet all the cams and sensors need to be reconnected.

…is what the app said. Try as I might I couldn’t update in the app—support said to log in on a browser. After that, smooth sailing.My only beef with the system is the minute of alert tones when I change to HOME mode, but at least I could adjust the volume to LOW. I did have to make a bracket for one of the door sensors, because of the trim around the door. I’m not handsome, but I am a little bit handy.Installation was otherwise really easy and the app works well.The rate for monitoring is very reasonable and the first three months are free.The response for a false alarm is almost instant. I’m happy.

I love it!
This was very easy to set up and I’m a 63 yr old grandmother! We’ve had XFINITY for years and our contract went from 30 to $50 per month! Now I’m paying $5.00 per month and feel we are just as secure as I bought everything piece by piece and added cameras, motion detector on or outdoor shed too! My initial investment was about 270.00 but I’m saving 50 bucks a month👏👏👏👏. A couple of sorta negatives… customer service didn’t seem great, hard to contact them but with google I figured everything out with only minimal frustration. Also, already using a security system I felt gave me a major advantage because the language made sense to me. So happy saving $$$$ yet feeling just as or more secure! Oh, they slam you with too many ads, sales, promotions! I want a good security system not an open door to them constantly sending texts… emails….
