This battery case saves my life in a pinch
I like this case for a few reasons:1. I get to charge my phone when it's low.2. I get to watch videos while the case is in kickstand mode.3. I get to charge other things via the case. This one blew my mind.The only thing I'd say is a downside is the charge mAh should be higher, but I'm ignorant to those parameters. Still 5 stars from me.

Keeps phone charged, but while on charging mood phone doesn't work on any app, app either won't load or can't scroll through any app...

Great charger case
For all those leaving a bad rating because charger won't turn off, just press and hold button underneath level indicator for a few seconds and it'll turn off. Case is great in my opinion I have zero complaints about it as of now.

The battery is powerful
The battery is a great in condition when there is no power can be used to save me are someone in need of help. Apparently this power also locks screen of phone when changing its self. Meaning you have to power don't the battery to access the screen of your device. That my biggest issue with it this amazing power bank. Thank you

Great for plane rides!
Took a plane ride with a total time of 32 hours and helped my phone through that and my vacation! 10/10!

Interferes with the phone's charging
I have had several external cases in the past from Zerolemon . All have worked reasonably well. Unfortunately, they are no longer making a battery for the Galaxy 21 phone. This particular battery case causes my phone to charge slowly, even when a Samsung fast charger is used. Once the external battery is charged (which takes forever), it takes over 10 hours to charge my phone starting from a 15% charge. Convenient? Not so much. Also, the kickstand is very flimsy and can break off easily.
