Excellent, high performing speakerphone for the price.
I purchased this for my mom for her home office as she's often on conference calls. The pink USB-A version is priced nearly half of the standard model and is a bargain for the performance you get. Build quality feels premium, it's easy to use and the voice/mic quality is superb. Bluetooth connects without a hitch. She reports no issues operating the speakerphone and likes it alot. The Poly Lens app to configure the device is easy to use too, firmware updated easily. I'd definitely buy it again. My only qualm is the 2 foot corded USB cable that wraps around the base, it feels clumsy to use and I'd like to see the next product version use a USB-C port instead so we can substitute our own cables. And a battery level indicator would be nice. Otherwise a great design.

Owned for three years and still love the Poly
I bought this more than three years ago. I use it in my home office, I travel with it and have used it in conference rooms with co-workers as the center piece to a group meeting on Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex. I have the Teams version since that is what my work uses, but it works with all of the group meeting apps and I have used it with all of them across my clients as I am a consultant. The sound is very high quality and the multiple microphones picks up everyone in a meeting if you centrally locate it. Additionally, it has a very good battery and I have recharged my iphone off of it and also used my iphone in conference calls via the bluetooth connection for impromptu meetings.I too have compared this to others before making my choice and have had multiple coworkers and friends buy this since then.

Great speakerphone at a fantastic price
I was looking for a speakerphone for my home office and have had great luck with Poly/Plantronics in the past. I stumbled across this special edition at a greatly reduced price. It is an older version with USB-A instead of USB-C, but other than that it is the same as the newer version. It has great sound quality and is very easy to use.

great speaker - a bit pricey
I recently purchased this Bluetooth speaker and I have to say I am impressed. The sound quality is excellent, especially considering the size of the speaker. It produces clear and balanced sound and the mic works perfectly. The Bluetooth connectivity is quick and easy to set up. I can easily connect my phone and it seamlessly switches to . The battery life is also quite impressive, lasting for several hours on a single charge. The speaker itself is sleek and aesthetically pleasing and has a status light so always know if you're muted.Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this Bluetooth speaker to anyone looking for a portable, high-quality speaker.

A solid choice for a speakerphone
I have been using a Poly headset for a while now with great success, but after a day full of meetings, even the most comfortable headset can start to become uncomfortable. Since my office is usually pretty quiet to begin with, I decided to look for a good quality speakerphone.I compared this unit to one from Jabra and one from Anker. The Anker was the best price, but didn't have as many positive reviews as the Jabra or the Poly. I had seen and heard the Jabra in action from a coworker that has one. It is a solid performer, but with my past success with the Poly headset, I wanted to consider their speakerphone as well. So, after much research, I decided to purchase the Poly unit. I am really satisfied with my choice. It is much better looking than the Jabra, feels more solidly built and has better sound quality. I even listen to music on it while I work and it sounds really good! It also has a rechargeable batter built in, but I have only used it tethered to my laptop dock. Supposedly the battery lasts a long time and will allow you to get through several meetings without a charge.I highly recommend the Poly Sync 20!

Great speakerphone
This is a really good speakerphone. I wanted to replace using a separate mic and speakers for my work laptop for TEAMS calls. The sound is loud and clear, more bass than i expected. I set the unit up and played a youtube music video to try out the sound, my desk was vibrating from the bass, way better sound than i thought. It has 3 different equalizer settings, i prefer bright mode.I am connecting via usb c to my laptop which is under my desk. however the usb cable is attached and only a couple of feet long, so i had to buy a usbc extension cable (6 ft) which worked fine, so if you need a longer lead then buy the extension too.TEAMS integration works great, on usb only, not using bluetooth which is fine for me as i dont use bluetooth - you can still run TEAMS calls you just dont get the integration with the mute button etc. You can switch off the voice notifications for power and volume notificaitons via the web app.Again, really clear and loud sound, mic works fine and for the price its impressive.

Fine replacement for a Jabra 510
Edit - 20 days in and the speaker locked up. It will only power up when connected to USB but even then it is completely unresponsive. Only way to reset the device is to reflash the firmware with Poly Lens. Opted to exchange for another unit which is currently working OK. We will see how long this one lasts.Original Review:I bought this as an upgrade for a Jabra 510 I use in my office. I was mostly interested in full duplex audio. It works great as a speakerphone. Teams integration is fine and the rocket button works to pause/play WinAmp.The beeps the unit makes when adjusting the volume and muting/unmuting are loud and the volume cannot be adjusted though you can turn them off using the Poly software.Sound quality when used for music is OK, but I wouldn’t consider it a feature. Same for the power bank capabilities. It works but the battery is small.Only real annoyance, especially when compared to the Jabra 510, is the inability to turn off Bluetooth. Only way to temporarily disconnect a phone is to unpair it.
