Wanted to try this for a bit before reviewing we’ve had for quite some time now and this is great Vaccuum! Love the storage docking station , the function is amazing it has awesome suction came with 2 batteries which I loved because if one dies you have another but honestly the charge is more then sufficient for my 900 sq ft apartment! I was torn between this one and the Dyson and I’m sooo glad I purchased the LG instead my sister got the Dyson and she’s had issues with hers and had to return, from the value, to the function this is one I would purchase again ,if your looking for a cordless Vaccuum this is the one to purchase!!

I bought this vacuum after having a bad experience with the expensive stick vacuum that everyone usually buys. One of my friends recommended this one and I can’t thank him enough! The vacuum is not the lightest, but it is easily maneuverable on carpet and hard surfaces. I have two Siberian Huskies and was impressed with how well it handled their copious amounts of fur. The suction is excellent for its size, but don’t expect shop vac suction with a small stick vacuum like this. The lever to compact debris is great, but don’t forget to not use it while the vacuum is running or you’ll have to take it apart! Debris does tend to get between it and the bottom of the motor, but the filter/vortex canister easily twists out for cleaning. Although battery life is limited, having a backup battery in the charging stand makes it easy to swap batteries. I find that it is perfect for a small 3 bedroom house, but you may struggle with larger homes. The attachments all seem to be pretty sturdy, and the charging base is hefty and easy to slot into. Overall, this vacuum is excellent and a great value compared to its competitors. I highly recommend it.

Lots of hair in household, both dog & human. Suction particularly on carpet is incredible. The downside? You can hardly even complete one area rug without having to empty the bin, even when you compress the dirt down with the bar. If you go a few second after hitting the full line you have to empty, open it up, remove the dust separator and stick a tool inside to remove the extra hair/dirt manually. It’s a frustrating mess. After only ten months of owning it, the brush head stopped rolling and it’s useless until LG sends me another one. The entire thing may have just died. Just bought an XL + version of competitor for twice the price. Let’s see how that stacks up. UPDATE: LG ordered me a new brush head spinning nozzle, but the problem is that it’s on back order and they have no idea when it’ll be delivered I called to report a loss of suction from the main unit and they can’t even schedule an appointment for a repair until I receive the roller head to see if it solve the problem. So essentially I’m stuck with a 400 something dollar piece of junk I ordered the Dyson outsize plus dropped 1000 bucks let’s see how that one works because I can’t be without a vacuum.

My daughter is 23 and wants to start collecting things for her own place and she needed a vaccuum at her dads. She has mostly tile but says all of her dads appliances are monster size and loud and she's a bit of a nite owl. I wanted to pay her for helping me move recently and she asked for a vaccum instead. We looked at some cheapy ones and she was fine with that, as long as it was cute but I saw this and thought let's get you one that will last and you can enjoy it at your own place in the near future. She got it and charged it and used it and I got a text that said, "girl, I'm in love" so...mission accomplished. Now, I'm gonna get myself one even though I'm in a 1 bedroom apartment and really dont' need. But I'd like something light weight, cute, convenient, and allergy friendly. I have a very tiny 20 dollar corded vaccum and it's honestly back breaking for some reason.

I use this vacuum as a backup to my Roomba.So for spot cleans, getting pet hair off of furniture and dusting.The punch does not do a good job at picking up pet hair. To be honest I have no idea what the punch took even picks up. I ended up finding the mini power tool aka the pet tool on eBay. I couldn’t find it on LG’s or Amazon’s websites. I just thought it was a better solution instead of returning the vacuum.The vacuum does awesome at picking up cat litter and cat hair. It’s pretty powerful.The app feature to me seems a little pointless.I did contact LG about the mini power tool before I found it on eBay. I will say their customer service isn’t the best.So the punch tool and the customer service are the reason this vacuum has 4 stars instead of 5.

Update:I’ve been using this vacuum for 4 months and it’s still the best stick vacuum I’ve ever used. I can vacuum by entire House(1500 sqft) and not run out of battery. I rotate batteries after every use. It’s fabulous! Well worth every cent!I researched a ton before I bought this vacuum; because I have wasted a TON of money on vacuums. This was awesome straight out of the box! It cleaned my rug better that my vacuum that cost twice as much. I live the charging base! So simple and easy. Very quiet-even on the highest setting. Battery life is great! I have not had to switch batteries yet! Oh. And it comes with TWO batteries. Both charge when it’s on the charging station. The battery is very easy to swap! It gets u set most of my furniture and works well on my tile, wood and rugs! Well worth the money!!
