Sweet flavor
I love this real sea salt - it has sweet flavor with minerals. You can't get this from sales produced in a huge processing factory. I'll get this next time, again

Soooooo tasty! Unlike any other sea salt.
I love this salt. I scrub my Okinawan purple sweet potatoes, then coat them in oil and sprinkle the salt all over the skin before baking it for an hour and a half and 400° Fahrenheit. The result is a super tasty treat. I eat the potato skin and all! The skin bakes with just the slightest crisp and as a slight saltiness to contrast the sweetness of the purple sweet potato and it is heaven! I don't even add anything else to it and just eat it straight out of my hand!

Great Japanese Seasalt!
I was looking for a Japanese natural seasalt with good nutrition then I found this product. Great taste with umami! I like that this product had processed traditional handmade. I bought two and gave one to my friend who is from Okinawa.

Tried this pink salt in a tempura restaurant in japan
Not the same as the one in Tokyo that I had. Ok for salt, but truly nothing different than table salt. Quite expensive too - overpriced
