I've been using this marinade for years and love it, just can't find it anymore
This is our go-to marinade for steak. It really adds a nice flavor while allowing the meat to still shine. I found the Chicago and New York varieties were over powering with a variety of pepper flavors. The mesquite marinade adds more a sweet and smokiness but the beef remains the star.

The God's themselves use this product
There's nothing on this planet, nor in the heavens above that can make chicken taste this damn good. Even a vegan would cross the line to eat chicken marinated in this. That's a bold statement, but I can't help that it's true. You want to feel reborn....marinate chicken in this product and enjoy. I have no doubt it's adding healthy years on the end of my life each time I devour it.

A sale based on History
I bought this case of marenade for a family member who expressed loving and missing finding it in stores. As a purchaser of marenades for myself, I found the price offered (more than $2.25 a bottle) a bit steep but I love the boy so it was a good gift that excited the receiver. That's what counts, right? I'll use it too, it has a bit of zest and is made of good quality ingredients.e

I don't follow the instructions, just marinate it for like 15 to 30 minutes and wipe off excess
This stuff makes amazing juicy steak but if you let it marinate as long as the package says, it flat out won't taste good at all.I like to cut my steaks thinner or make a long slit and splay it open to get the marinade up in there and let it sit for about 15 minutes maybe 30 then grill it and while the marinade is still wet, just before it becomes part of the meat, wipe off the marinade then let it finish cooking. If I'm being lazy then I just marinate it for about 30 minutes and then wipe off most of the excess marinade and then put it on the grill.Great if you under marinate it, horrible nasty crap if you don't. And don't buy the Chicago or other flavors. New York is the only one that tastes good.

Spice Season Marinade
The media could not be loaded. Many excellent ways to use A1 marinades. My preferred way; A1 Marinade, McCormick Montreal Seasoning, Jack Daniels Bourbon, in a Ziploc bag. Always use good meats! These are from Safeway grocery. The critics frown on over seasoned meat. The trick is, most of the seasoning will burn off on the grill. Next trick is, alway keep the upside of steak, wet with marinade. The first upside, from the marinade bag. The second upside, from the bottle. Third trick is more of a technique, the fuel. I swear by charcoal and wood mixture. Mesquite is my main fuel. Any wood or charcoal added, adds more flavor. Which brings me to my final trick! Never use lighter fluid! It will negatively flavor the food! Chimney starters, and balled up newspaper only! Some more technique? Grill lines? Charring? Ribboning? All good stuff! Grill lines - very hot grates. Charring - fire touching meat. Ribboning - that perfect pink or red strip in the center - perfect timing, amount of time searing on both sides. All made possible by A1 Marinade!

Best tasting marinade I have ever tasted...
I use this marinade on my beef and pork. I have made this recommendation to many and have never heard a complaint. What makes this product even better is that I can now buy it in a six pack which allows for better discounts and shipping is super fast.
