Verify BIOS logs !
Unit was apparently shipped without testing. BIOS logs reported numerous errors with the DIMM's. Machine would not boot up properly. Tracked down to one defective 16GB stick. Also the CD drive is an ancient, read only unit. Amazon issued credit for the defective stick to purchase a replacement. Thank you Amazon.
