I’ll never understood why these two albums didn’t get much attention when released in the early 80s. If you enjoy Grand Funk style rock and roll, and you're not picky about hearing a top 40 hit in the mix, I suggest you take this cd out for a spin. This is by far the cheapest way to purchase the two releases. If you try to purchase them separately, you'll spend a lot of money. Enjoy!

Grand Funk should be in the rock n roll hall of fame. In the 70s these boys were all over the airwaves. That being said these two albums on one cd are very good. Value is good.

Fine pairing of late-period Grand Funk. Always enjoyed these on LP, and while they aren't as bluesy and gritty as earlier releases, there are melodies aplenty and some good rocking. Good-time rock and roll/pop from the band. I don't think they went out with a whimper at all, but with a moderate "bang." If you like WE'RE AN AMERICAN BAND, this is similar solid pop/rock without the Todd Rundgren production, so it's less polished, but still well-produced.

Fantastic music.

I am someone who has called Grand Funk my favorite band for many years and I am glad that I have this 2 CD collection of their later years. It is not their elite material of the 1969 -1974 period, but it is good and worth having to listen to.
