Amazing power! Felt like I was in a juice shop! Was a little skeptical filling up my cup and then flipping it upside down on to the motor. Close your lid tightly and you will have no problem. Instructions are super easy and the options are clear. I did a smoothie in the moring and made salsa at night. Both came out excellent in less than 30 seconds. Smoothie can go longer for a more light and frothy texture. Love the recipes this came with. I had the Nija that is right below this one... I actually went through 2 of them since they worked so well. But I wore out the blades. Love the brand so I hope these blades don't wear out so easily. These blades are sharp, and able to get through anything. Unit is beautiful and has good weight. Love the suction ring so it doesn''t move. The motor is so powerful I could see this moving if it didn't have the suction ring.

Like most other Ninja products, it is made with high-quality plastic that can handle some impacts. Most important to me, though, is the fact that the blender is extremely easy to clean. While it is dishwasher safe, I have found that you can easily clean it by blending water and Dawn soap. As someone who rarely uses a blender though, I could easily see this little blender lasting my family quite some time!

Blender works great, but beware that the 20oz ups (if you want to have additional ones around) are NOT sold on Amazon. The 24oz. cups don't fit, even though they try to market it as something that should be bundled together. I'm not an every day shopper, but most of my purchases for anything major are on Amazon, and I've never before experienced their recommendations just being for completely incompatible products like that before. The blender really should be 5 stars, I'm knocking a star off on the review for the inaccurate website for compatible products. I'd probably have purchased a size up (model 401) that can take the larger cups if it was clearer.

I've only used it a half dozen times this week, but it is VERY functional and shreds 6-8 cubes of ice in about 30 seconds, so the blades are super sharp. It appears to be a durable piece, but only time will tell. I'll update this review should it not continue to perform up to expectations. I consider this Ninja product a fair value for the investment.

Crushes ice into snow for snow cones, no problem! It makes milkshakes and smoothies easily. Great power. The smoothie button works best, since it stops and goes. Letting the ingredients fall downwards, then splashes them back up. I do use the start/stop button for crushing ice though. Compact size, very nice size cups. You end up with about a 24oz drink. Easy to clean with just a drop of soap and water, I let blender do the washing, then throughly rinse. Highly Recommend !

I absolutely love this! I’ve been making smoothies to help increase my fiber and get more nutrients. My husband bought me a blender to replace my amazing blender that I had used for 20+ years. But the one he bought didn’t have blades that were wide enough and it didn’t break down all the fruit I have used this several times and it is so fast and convenient. And no chunks of fruit! I love that all the work goes into the cup which makes for fewer dishes. When I’m done I just put my cup in the dishwasher. Clean up is a breeze!
