Good Buy
I installed these a week ago and so far, so good. Nice images, straightforward installation, and we'll see how they hold up. One complaint - The adjusting screw to raise and lower the camera to adjust the camera angle is very small and fairly flimsy. It doesn't have much of a thread on it, so if you screw it out just a little too far, it comes out and the camera comes off the mounting bracket (it was a surprise, and the screw fell into the dark mulch bed below the installation site - took me 20 minutes to find the black tiny screw!). It was a chore to get it to re-thread because it is very small, and you have to get it around the cord running to the camera. Did that on the first camera I installed and definitely learned my lesson. All in all, for the price, this was a good purchase if the cameras hold up over time.

I HIGHLY recommend Zosi for your security needs.
I recently replaced my Zosi DVR which was having some problems by re-booting randomly several times a day. The DVR was getting old and it was time to replace so I ordered a new one but after installing it, it wouldn’t display any of my cameras. After contacting Zosi support it was determined that there was a conflict with my laptops graphic driver. Since the laptop was nearly 10 years old we decided it was time for a replacement so I bought a new HP Notebook, installed AVSS for Windows PC and everything worked fine. Someone suggested I upgrade the operating system on the new notebook from Win 10 Home Edition to Win 10 Professional. There was a sale online so I downloaded the upgrade and installed the new operating system and “surprise”! My AVSS for Windows PC no longer worked!To make a long story short, I again contacted Zosi Support where Doris took on the task of determining what the problem was. I am VERY grateful that Doris took charge. She asked me to send videos of the problem, which I supplied, and then asked that I send her several screen captures from the DVR so she could determine the problem. After several attempts to reset my login name and password There was no difference. This process took several days. Working with Doris was a pleasure! She is very competent and knows how to handle frustrated and irritable clients like myself. She tried and I have to admit I was beginning to give up. Saturday she asked for my login ID and Password and “they” would fix my login problems.It worked! Well, it worked on all my computers except my notebook, which still would not recognize me when I tried to Login! Once again I contacted Zosi Support and left a message and another video of the problem I was experiencing.On Sunday evening (Monday morning in DT, Doris Time) I got a message asking if I would mind loading TeamViewer so her team could find and correct the problem. I said “yes!” and sent her the ID and Password for TeamViewer. They logged into my laptop remotely and after about an hour they had the problem corrected!I am so very impressed with the level of service rendered by Zosi Support and especially by Doris that I just have to tell someone. I have been using Zosi DVR’s and cameras for a very long time, 5 VCR’s and several dozen cameras and one of the reasons I stay with Zosi has nothing to do with price although they certainly have their equipment priced competitively, The real reason is their excellent service.I HIGHLY recommend Zosi for your security needs.Robert E [email protected]

Grainy picture, beautiful color
Loved the price. Bought this to replace an existing camera. The picture is beautiful but I dont know how to explain the issue. Almost like the winds constantly blowing. Could be my settings , I haven't messed around with dvr yet. Not a real techie. But it is so much better than my old. Wish it had true night vision. Doesn't sem to work without lights on.

Video quality customer service excellent
After hooking up camera I notice a blur on the image displayed. Turns out it came from the camera lens ... not in front (cleaned the lens thoroughly but it was on the internal side of the lense. Discussed with Fannie, a customer service at ZOSI and upon review she is sending a replacement camera at no charge. Camera well great other than this blur but ZOSI came through with resolving the issue quickly and effectively. Thanks Fannie.Update, received replacement camera very quickly from ZOSI and it worked perfect. Their customer service was excellent. Will definitely buy from them again. Change my 4 star to 5 star rating. Thanks again Fannie the whole support team ... your response was excellent.

great image. Didn't last long.
I really liked the image quality and the really bright IR lights. Unfortunately both cameras I had completely died after about 3 months.
