This product works great if you have hot spots on your toes because of work boots, hiking shoes, or any other shoe that fits you well but there is always that one spot that rubs your toes until they are irritated. The packet includes many sizes, so you are going to find the one the fits your toe. Made out of silicon, it has breathing holes so your toes will not get pruny after use like is you are wearing mole skin or bandages.

I walk six or seven miles per day and have corns on the outside of both of my little toes and a callus under one of the other little toes. I wear a size 8 man's shoe. I was excited when I found these Bukihome 16 PCS Toe Protectors. The largest size was way too large and useless. The middle size fit my big toe but I don't need that size. The small size fit my little toes. I thought that having the holes in the silicon would be useful to let the toe breathe but it turns out that they just weaken the silicon. They only lasted three or four days before tearing apart. Additionally, it is hard to get the socks on with the silicon on the toe because the silicon grabs the socks and wants to come off. Other than these problems they were OK. I will not buy them again. I'm going to try the silicon lined cloth toe tubes.

Used for Grand Canyon rim 2 rim hike as suggested by hikers but seems these were not for longer hike as it keep getting ripped near toe nail every hrs and so .

I liked everything about that because it is light and breathable and also protects the toes from sticking and it straightens the toes, thank you

I have had issues with sore toes when wearing hiking boots, gardening, and long walks. I ordered these just in case, and that case arrived! Wore my stiff hiking boots on hike, and one toe (next to baby toe) rubbed and crammed into front of boot. That night, I could barely walk. I put a huge dab of Neosporin on toe, put on large toe sleeve because smaller one put too much pressure, put loose sock on before going to bed. The next day, I could wear tennis shoes but not boots. On the third day, I could wear boots, but with large toe sleeve and Neosporin and was able to hike, lightly. Thanks to this toe protector, toe is healing fast. Awesome!! PS people complained because there are more large ones than small, but the small one put too much pressure on sore toe. I'm wearing one as I write this, and I don't feel any pain!

I run 7- 10 k per day and my toes take a pounding- especially on down hills when the toe slides forward into the front of running shoes. Glad to be rid of plasters which are time consuming and expensive.I have really small toes and these fit (contrary to a review here). At first I thought they looked massive because they are pressed flat, but they do fit and can be trimmed for shorter length but I left mine even though i have short toes.Tiny holes allow for ventilation. I must disagree again with a review here stating that they break on removal. Yes they cling and stretch on removal because they are super jelly soft but easily removed by rather rolling off rather than pulling - its logical really.Soft, padded toe cushion is excellent. Not bulky between the toes - and I'm sensitive to that. I was totally unaware. They did not change shoe fit. Love that they are washable. For runners - these issues need addressing as the toe-guard cannot fit them:Make sure toe-well in your shoe is big enough, wear slightly thicker socks if yours are too thin AND tighten laces to increase ankle support and discourages toes slipping forward.
