I run 7- 10 k per day and my toes take a pounding- especially on down hills when the toe slides forward into the front of running shoes. Glad to be rid of plasters which are time consuming and expensive.I have really small toes and these fit (contrary to a review here). At first I thought they looked massive because they are pressed flat, but they do fit and can be trimmed for shorter length but I left mine even though i have short toes.Tiny holes allow for ventilation. I must disagree again with a review here stating that they break on removal. Yes they cling and stretch on removal because they are super jelly soft but easily removed by rather rolling off rather than pulling - its logical really.Soft, padded toe cushion is excellent. Not bulky between the toes - and I'm sensitive to that. I was totally unaware. They did not change shoe fit. Love that they are washable. For runners - these issues need addressing as the toe-guard cannot fit them:Make sure toe-well in your shoe is big enough, wear slightly thicker socks if yours are too thin AND tighten laces to increase ankle support and discourages toes slipping forward. I haven’t used these yet as r preparing for ny Camino in Spain. They look like I expected but seem a bit large for my toes although seems like I could trim them back a bit.

One size only. My toes are different sizes, so would have been better if different sizes,

Nobody has toes this big. Absolutely useless product. The material is decent but only fit for giants. Even the smallest toe size is too big for my big toe and I can fit the biggest over my whole hand!

I use this type of toe sleeve a lot when I'm hiking, and this is the first product I've been really happy with.What I like best is the variable sizes that come in a pack and the ease they can be cut to fit specific toes. They are the most comfortable I've used and the first that stay in place no matter which hiking shoe or boot that I use. Other manufacturer sleeves would eventually crinkle up, but these haven't over the two weeks of continuous use.
