As a mom of a toddler and a preschooler who have very picky tastes when it comes to the foods they eat and drink, I am always on the look out for products that will give them that little extra bump of nutrition. I was happy and excited that both of my children LOVE these drink products. with the Very Berry Blue being my son's favorite. Yes I did taste it, as I do with most of my kids food, and while I don't love the taste, I don't think it is geared towards an adults taste-buds. This is a water based flavored drink that is 50 calories a bottle, contains 100% daily value of Vitamins C, B6, and B12 has 0mg of sodium. My son is super small for his age and has a super charged metabolism; however he has very little interest in eating, and does not like to drink water (a bit of a problem when you live in the Sonoran desert like we do). This drink gives him the hydration he needs and a little extra goodness, so I have one less thing to worry about. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because I do wish that it was free of high fructose corn syrup and food coloring, but I have to pick my battles. Luckily, with my kids, these things aren't as big of an issue; but it could be with some people based on individual dietary restrictions. Just something to keep in mind. We have been buying these drinks in the grocery store, and I was always bummed that they are only sold individually there. I am happy that I discovered I can buy them in bulk on Amazon. I have a feeling my kids will be drinking these for years to come.
