Pigmented Color, Even Without Bleach
Pulp Riot is such a good dye brand. I have light brown hair so I seek out dyes that will give me a pretty color without bleach. I’ve been using Pulp Riot’s Bloodshot, so my pre-dyed hair in the photos still has a red tint to it.Love the way Deviant looks! I posted before and afters in my bathroom lighting and natural light. Indoors it looks more purple, outdoors it’s more magenta

Love this Dye
I use PulpRiot products all the time and this is one of my favorites. It will dye over any other color and come out screaming purple. This is the one.

Potent and fades into a lighter lilac then light blue/purple
I recommend pairing with the remover. Treat the remover like bleach and be careful. This is is the only hair dye brand I use. As with most dyes, this will absolutely stain anything it touches. Let a nail polish remover soaked cotton round sit on the counter or floor stain. If you have a colored sink makes sure the remover won’t stain it.AFTER USING 6 MONTHS:The purple DOES NOT come out as easy as the pink colors. it took multiple treatments, bleaching and still left a green hue after multiple tones. The purple does not come out easy! Compared to the pink tones that fade quite nicely out.

Don't Go By The Illustration on the Box!
I've been coloring my hair a long time, and I've gotten to the point where I have stopped bleaching it and just coloring over it. (Seems to last just as long and it's easier on your hair/scalp and wallet.)I was disappointed that this color didn't have more blue in it. It's what everyone considers "purple" which is a reddish, almost maroon color and I was hoping something closer to an indigo color. I made the mistake of judging a hair color by it's packaging.Just a word of warning, for those who like bluer shades of purple. This is more like the color of the character's face on the box NOT the hair.Other than that, it's just as easy to use as all the other creamy types of hair colors I've used. Use a towel you don't care about to dry your hair after rinsing though!
