I don't like to write reviews because they are only my view point. However, I felt someone may benefit from this mainly due to the changes in my mood. Since started daily I have felt better, more upbeat. Haven't added or changed any thing except this . I looked at many other brands but the jar packaging got me..easy open and close. I'll probably continue using as long as it's working.

I’m not a doctor, but this stuff is amazing! I’ve been taking this stuff, and my energy levels are so high when I take it, and I noticed an almost immediate decrease in my thigh fat! Win-win!

It's true when they say not all ingredients are good for everyone. I took these pills for a little over 2 months and they caused massive stomach upset. If I wasn't out of town I would have returned them but I did not have that ability. Too bad cuz I really hope I would like this product. Didn't really see a difference in my blood sugar
