Wiha28488 Drive-Loc VI, SoftFinish Handle, 115-mm

I prefer the Wiha ergonomic handles over some of the other great tool brands (Snap-On, Proto, Facom, Stahlwille for example). I have large hands and it fits my hands very well, allowing me to get up to about 10nm of torque on bolts or screws. Wiha also offers a great variety of "blades" - or the snap in portion that will have things like nut drivers or torx drivers on the end. Wiha tools are mostly made in Germany and I have never been disappointed with their fit, finish, or quality.

Wiha makes excellent equipment. This particular screw driver handle has a locking collar which you simply push down to change bits/drivers. This drive-loc handle allows me to keep both a Phillips and Flathead on one blade so I can change my screw driver with the simple click if the collar. Hard to explain but you will probably never buy another basic screw driver kit after picking up Wiha's full kit. This is the handle that works with their full drive-loc kit.

Great Screwdriver! The handle is full size and fits comfortably in your hand. The drive-lox 6 is really good although I have not tried to push all my weight behind a screw to see if it would fail. But it's so nice to have an adjustable length on a blade! I also have a few of their mini screwdrivers which are very good as well.

I love the concept of multi bit screwdrivers, but I am cursed with the bits disappearing in the first week. I had accepted the fact I wasn’t responsible enough for one. But I saw a Wiha Driveloc set in the warehouse for 70% off I tried it. These are different. You change the whole shaft out and it locks in place securely. I dropped it from 20 feet and the bit stayed secure. Just carry the pouch with all the bits in my bag. So far I have three of the handles for my most used bits to change the bits less often.

Not much to say other than it feels and performs like a quality tool. Use the correct Drive-Loc bits and its well worth the price. I use this every day for work.

This handle goes together with appropriate Wiga blades and holds them well. The blades can be positioned at different, useful lengths and the handle holds them where set well enough that there is no risk of a slip that could cause injury. Feels good in the hand, as well. I have never experienced a better tool handle that accepts various blades than these. As good as it gets.

I damaged my original handle that came with the set I bought. It was my own fault. This replacement is 💯 as good and works perfectly. This tool set saves me countless time when working and I highly recommend it!
