Love the name of this firestarter, almost makes me feel like its going to fuel my body for a tough workout and provide me with lots of energy. I mainly use it before my workout but its also ideal to have in the mornings too as it gives you energy to kick start your day. I like the flavour of the mix, there is cherry, chill and pomegranate in it which is nice, you can definitely taste a bit of spice from it. Mixes well and tastes nice too.

I found this gave me the edge in my training sessions and also when I need a pick me up mid afternoon. The flavour is ok but the powder can also be added to smoothies.

Never tried anything like this before but I was happily surprised.It likely flavoured with cherry and a growing warmth from the chilliI found it quite strong in terms of caffine so I have it abit weaker then the recommended amountIt appeared quite expensive but actually there is alot of servings 25 servings so similar price to a protein powder

Fully charged for my workout, so amazing. Especially it’s plant based, it makes me feel much healthier. Lovely.

The initial taste of the product was not nice. Although it is cherry, pomegranate and chilli flavour the main flavour that comes through is chilli. This chilli flavour in turn leaves an unpleasant after taste in the mouth.It did provide a good energy boost for my workout.I will probably finish the product and mix it in a smoothie. I will not drink it straight.I will not be buying this flavour again. Due yo the energy boost provided, I would consider trying another flavour in the brand.

I’m very cautious about what I eat, and I buy most of my food directly from organic farms. I avoid processed super market food and drinks ESPECIALLY energy drinks! I tend to work long hours, and I definitely get a dip mid afternoon. That’s when the temptation comes in to buy something unhealthy, to give me energy to get through the day. This product is a healthy solution. I keep the packet in the car with me, and take a teaspoon full, and wash it down with a few sips of water. If my stomach is empty, I feel the effects immediately, I get a surge of energy that lasts. I would definitely recommend this product!

The flavour was interesting - pomegranate with chilli is unique and tastes fine but there is more chilli to it. The powder is packed with nutrients that are beneficial for pre-workout and so i'd buy this again just another flavour.
