Building Solo Lines from Cells

It's a Randy Vincent book, so you should buy it.
For those who may be wondering, this book is in fact a condensation of the "Cellular Approach" book for guitar, tweaked to be suitable all instruments. I've only spent a little time with this one. Personally, I know the neck quite well, and generally assume "all keys in all positions" for pretty much everything where it applies, so for other guitar players, maybe let that be your guide in selecting. I.e. if one standard-notation example of each concept, in one key, is all you need, then maybe get this one instead. But I can't say I'm sorry I bought both, and maybe you should too. After all, for the 150-odd bucks that I've spent on Randy's books, I've gotten a whole lot that is priceless in return. Randy's books are the best materials available if Jazz guitar is your thing, and this is no exception.

A must for any jazz musician
The book is great, an amazing guide! The book however, was all bent up in the post. It’s not an especially cheap book and I’m not best pleased with how it’s been delivered.

Wie ein Rezensent auf Englisch schreibt: "For those who may be wondering, this book is in fact a condensation of the "Cellular Approach" book for guitar ..."
