I was so excited to get this. As soon as I took it out and tried it, my back got some serious relief with cracks up and down the spine. It really stretched out my lower back where I have a lot of pain. My 6’2” son tried it and he was able to use it with ease. I’m 5’1” and it was easy for me as well. While I wish it was smaller, the fact that my whole family can use this, I’m good with the size.It has a grip layer so it is great on any time flooring. Just be watchful of dog fur if it rolls in it! Yes he stretching band is great as well. A tool I really need.I have a knee injury and several old injuries from the Army that is creeping up on me as I hit 40! So, this set is really helping me with those aches and pains.With the COVID 19 quarantine, I don’t want to go to the chiropractor. I use this daily and I feel great.

Bought it to roll my back on. Very sturdy and good quality, thick plastic , soft padding makes rolling on it comfortable. Kind of gets my back to crack, could do better, but that's my back, not the fault of the wheel

So far everything came with it. Yoga wheel and strap. It’s sturdy and the padding on the wheel is soft and comfortable. Yes, it helps with pain in your back or any other sore muscles you have. Please stretch responsibly. I’ll update on any problems. Yes, I’ll recommend this product.

Excellent product. Great for pre workout stretching

I sit at the computer all hunched over all day. I can't bend backward enough to crack anything or stretch well. I always felt like if I could lay backwards over something big and round it would help. I saw those Plexus ones and it looked good, but I didn't like the price.This thing is great. It took a little bit of practice to line it up and roll it up my back. But, it's GREAT! So much popping!!! I use it every day. I like to start up between my upper back and neck and just kinda lay there with my arms open before I start lifting my butt and crab walking it down my back.I'm sure this thing is great for other yoga stuff too as it is very sturdy.

Every morning I've been waking up with a stiff neck and sore back. I role for about 5 minutes on this wheel and it pops and releases the tight parts along my back. I feel so much better now through my day. I'm so thankful I got this and wish I bought it sooner!
