Works great with some help
The concept behind this product is great but the design needs some help. The range of bearing sizes this thing accommodates is awesome. However I was unable to get it to work as is. The arms will slip off the bearing, no matter how they are adjusted, as there is just too much flex in the system and the little lips that grab the edge of the bearing are too small. However what I did was put a trigger clamp across the arms once it was on the bearing to hold them in place, once I did that it worked great.

chincy
The tool is exactly what you see but the arms are pretty flimsy and the jaws are not quite deep enough to actually hold anything. I had to rig a hose clamp on the outside to hold the jaws in from constantly spreading apart and slipping off.

Ineffective at gear pulling
Does not work on its own to pull tight gears. Product would work better it it had hooks on the claws to hook the gear from underneath. The claws kept slipping off

No bearing can hide from this tool!
Great puller it does a great job it got to a bearing that was in a forever spot, myself and this puller got it out. Hooray. Next problem please!

broken easily
Low quality steel tool. This gear/bearing puller is thin and small enough for small jobs but the jaws snap easily. Broke two of theses trying to pull a T355 input shaft bearing out. The jaw feet are too thin to hold up to any medium/heavy use.
