There is no smell. They are hard and very durable. The color is exactly what it says and looks like. They fit in small places. It functions like it should.

I got these for my nephew as a gift and he absolutely loves them! He immediately started playing with them and was naming all of the different types of snakes there were and he was just so happy! Such a great gift for a little one that is into snakes! The snakes are smaller than I thought they would be but are a perfect size for a 5-6 year old.

The paint job is terrific and the sculpt is very well done. I bought these for decorations on a whim and wasn't paying attention to the product details--which is on me--but I will note that I thought these thinking these were rubbery and "slimey"/floppy. They are solid state and inflexible so if you want something that has a fun texture, look elsewhere. This is not a dig over all and I'm happy with the purchase.

Well 1st of all they where not as rubbery as I expected and they where extremely small. But they did serve the purpose

They don't make a very good fun toy. They are stiff & unbendable, unlike what you would expect from a snake. This trait & very small size prevents the snakes from being used in a lot of playful scenarios. Although, if you're looking to use them as something like a cake topper, then they would work well for that.
