No instructions that make sense. Fits anyone under 50 lbs.
Waste of money. Instructions are in poor English and make no sense. There are 2 vents you can open/close but they ignore them totally. The bands to fasten it are very short - useless if your waist is over 18”. Regret this purchase - do not buy it.
