Fat Daddio's PSQ-883 Anodized Aluminum Square Cake Pan, Silver

This GENIUS company decides they JUST MUST put a sticker of their logo on the pan, EVEN THOUGH IT’S ALREADY ENGRAVED into the bottom of the pan. The glue is IMPOSSIBLE to get off, even with Goo Gone. Now I have a pan with a circle of glue stuck to it that I can’t use. I’m not baking with it and getting glue fumes in the house with my baby.

I swear by Fat Daddio's cake pans. I always buy the 3-inch deep ones, which minimizes any doming in the batter as it bakes. The light-coloured aluminum helps the cakes bake evenly. BTW: Do not put these pans in the dishwasher. After you use and hand-wash them a few times, your cakes will stick less.
