Amazing Service. Ordered this phone last minute as Back Market Let me down sending the wrong colour phone twice and then it was faulty. Rushed to find a phone to order in time for Christmas. Found this Violet S21 with good storage in mint condition. It wasn't supposed to come until the 28th but it came Xmas eve. Amazing service works perfectly and mint condition. Thank you!!

The "fast charging" unit they gave me barely even charges the phone, let alone fast charging. It's effectively useless. The phone was in great condition and works well - The battery life isn't has good as I would have hoped for but otherwise a really good phone

Phone came in a generic box, not sure what to expect but opened it up and was surprised how good the condition was, I can honestly say it's flawless, no scratches or scuffs. Everything software related works perfectly and battery last more than 1 day.

PixelDirect advertises phone as refurbished in EXCELLENT CONDITION. They sent out a phone which was grade C. Grade C is not excellent condition and nowhere in the listing is it mentioned that you are receiving a dented, badly refurbished phone. It should be grade A for excellent condition. It is industry standard to grade them and the phone itself had GRADE C written on it, and YET the seller is selling it as excellent condition. I want my postage back for false advertising.

To be honest my old S20 wasn't that great with the face recognition or fingerprint reader, so I got used to not having it. I haven't needed to set it up on this phone. I also didn't need the whole "stylish curved glass" thing. The improvement on the S21 are: the camera works more reliably, and the back isn't made of glass that cracks like the S20 (oh yes it does.) There are reduced charging options to preserve the battery.I was concerned that without an external Micro SD card socket I would run out of memory. However this comes with shedloads of internal memory so I don't meed to external card.But what if you want to dual sim? You still can. The feature that no one talks about is the "esim". Its a configurable sim card that's build into you phone. I didn't know I had one until I needed to use a local sim for data. That means that you can sign up for a foreign country and have a sim without needing a physical delivery. Sweet.

Very nice

The ad did not portray this as refurbished and I did not see that when purchasing. I found out when I received a brown box with the phone and a cable that is unsupported by the phone ie not genuine Samsung. The phone works OK and was in decent condition, I had to buy a charger for it though due to not receiving a proper one. Also there was no box. Again it works so not going to complain too much but disappointed re charger and box.
