Cambozola Triple Cream Blue Veined Cheese 5 Pound Wheel (2 pack)

The product arrived almost completely FROZEN, if you know anything about cheese then you know that cheese of this variety should NEVER be frozen because it absolutely ruins the creamy consistency once frozen. I spent a lot of money for this and was disgusted with the product having been ruined and resembling Cottage Cheese instead of triple cream ripened cheese. Unfortunately, this was making up Christmas gifts and I did not appreciate having to apologize to recipients for the wreched quality of this cheese. I purchase this product at Costco and supermarkets all the time and have never experienced any problems. Will never purchase again especially from this vendor! Oh and by the way, $48.00 to ship it from Sacramento Ca. to San Francisco Ca.,,,,,,,a total of about 70 miles,,,,What's up there!
