Works Great
This is a great bar. It balanced out the weight of the power head. It fits my Alaskan mill just right for 34-inch planks. When this one is worn out I'll be buying the same bar.

Best value on a high quality 36" bar
I searched 36" bars for my portable Alaskan sawmill and this is the lowest price of any; yet it is of the highest quality. The 025 designates it as a Stihl bar slot of 12.1mm width. This bar will be mounted on my Echo CS620PW that has 8mm mounting bolts with the Cannon 8mm-12.1mm bar adapter that cost me $15. Now with the adapter I can use any bar with 8mm or 12.1mm slot on the saw. Next step is for me to determine the number of drive links for the ripping chain. Chains for a 36" run 114, 115, 116, 117. Milling will be my primary use for the 36" setup, as my Echo CS620PW came with a 27" bar/chain setup; the longest recommended by Echo. To assure enough lubrication of the 36" chain I'll rig an auxiliary oiler near the bar end. YouTube videos offer a lot of information regarding chainsaw milling.

Fits My Husky 460 Rancher chainsaw
Had to call Oregon service to get the correct tail fit but this one works. Please note that this 28 inch bar is not recommended for the 460 rancher. I got this bar so I can attach my chainsaw mill and still get my 24 inch cuts the saw is rated for.

Oregon chainsaw bar.
The bar fit great. Works perfectly. My question is why in the world would you ship my 36" chainsaw bar in a box big enough to fit a 50" television?? My mail lady refused to deliver the box because it was to big. I had to drive to the post office to pick it up!

there is nothing wrong with this bar, I ordered the wrong bar, the problem is I cant get a hold of any one. I need a 36 inch bar that fits my husquavarna 460 rancho. I dont even know if they make a 36" bar for this model(cant get ahold of anyone) I am even willing to buy a chain saw that fits this 36 inch bar (cant get ahold of anyone) and do I return the two 36 inch chains also. I dont want too return nothing, I need a chainsaw with a 36inch bar like yesterday. and I cant get ahold of anyone. writing this on the review in hopes that i can get a little customer service before i go to kohls to return this three items
