I wish I would have purchased this a long time ago. Works good and is way better than having to try and refill the bottles under the sink. I hook it up to one of the large dish soap jugs from Costco and forget about it for months at a time. Very easy to install.

Edit 24May20236 or 7 months ago I posted the review below. The company immediately got ahold of me and asked to make it right by sending new tubing. I told them it wasn't the tubing, but the check valve seemed to restrict flow too much to be useful to me. They then said they had redesigned the check valve and would I try the new one. They sent that - it took me a long time to get around to trying it out. Everything seems to work very well now! This whole setup takes only a couple minutes to install, you are sucking soap from a large refill bottle so won't need to bother with it for a long time, and when you need a new bottle it won't take but a minute to replace. This is ingenious and works so much better than having to refill the small bottle that screws on under the sink. It eliminates a real hassle of refilling the soap bottle and is well worth the money. A tip: Originally, in the configuration that didn't work well, I just had the tube stuck into the hole in the dial soap refill bottle, so there wasn't any tight seal. They include a stopper with a hole that fits that bottle, so if you put that in you can close the cap over it and get a tight seal that holds the tube in place very well. I don't think my failure to use that stopper caused the earlier problem, but it's a lot more secure installation using it.Old review: It took only a minute to install. The amount of soap coming out with a single pump was a lot less than in a standard setup, 2nd pump had almost no soap, and 3rd pretty much none. Recovery takes a bit. I thought maybe the check valve was too restrictive so tried a different one and it was worse. Using dial soap and it may be too viscous for this setup. I finally just went back to the factory setup.

This is a very good product that works as advertised. I'm replacing an old one that did not. There are some installation ideas that are not included in the instructions. First remove your old pump and cut the thread down to where the little pump tube is to make it easier to plug in the new tube to your soap bottle. Second attach your tube to the soap bottle (after pushing it through the correct size bottle stopper) and then take the threaded part that attaches your pump to the sink and put the tube through it under the sink and then thread the tube up through the hole in your sink and grab it on the other side. Finally attach the tube to your pump and then put your pump back on the sink. This will make it far easier to attach the tube to the pump. Finally it takes quite a long time of pumping to get the tube to prime and get the soap up to the pump. Give it patience just keep pumping for two or three minutes until the soap slowly Rises up through the tube. You can check the tube itself to see the soap going up.

Simply great, no worries of refill and easy to install. Good size as well. Definitely recommend.
