This silicone heel protector is so good. It doesn’t change the shape or flattened overtime that’s why it helps my heel pain a lot. It just tends to slip a little bit so you just have to reorient or reposition. Overall I love it. I bought 3 more❤️❤️❤️

helpful cushion
I use these in pairs of shoes that a full or half insert doesn't fit well in. They do help to cushion the heal with the plantar fasciitis, but do slip some if I walk a lot in them..

I wanted to love these
I had Plantar Faciitis and needed a spongy heel insert that would work with my shoes. These fit great. Problem? They are very soft and flimsy. They do not have enough lift to keep my heel off the hard shoe surface and the are so soft the move and slide all around the shoe, coming out over the side of the shoe! The offer no benefits.

Heel spur is to far back to work for me....
I have a heel spur in the very back of my heel on the bottom. The U shape doesn't work for me because my spur still touches the outer part of the silicon causing pain. If I had a spur that was more in the middle I think these would work very well. They moved around in my shoe a little but not to bad. I work for the USPS so I'm on my feet all day. So bottom line is if your spur is more towards the middle of your heel these would probably work for you. If its more towards the back of your heel I don't think these will work. Good luck!

Got these yesterday and put them in my shoes today. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DIFFERENCE. I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur (in the heel) and I have not be able to walk without significant pain. I found these and I am going to order at least one more pair. I am able to walk again!

Not worth the money.
Not worth the money--very flimsy and sticky.

If you have that serious pain in the center of your heel this will give you that little gap that might help.I have not been able to put weight on my left foot for about a month. I was able to get up and walk once I put this into my shoe.Insert picture of Fry..... (TAKE MY MONEY)

Relief for sore heels
These do help a lot with cushioning my heels. I don't see how it helps plantar fasciitis which feels better when there is an arch support, but I definitely recommend these if you experience sore heels at the end of the day.
