I have lower back pain constantly for many years and at the moment when I put this brace on I felt a big difference. It felt much better after I made the adjustments with the elastic straps part to match my lumbar shape. I was able to doing housework for a longer period and felt supported with far less pain. The different levels of adjustable compression inflatable pad is very useful. Definitely provides lower back pain relief and is very comfort. This really works. It is very comfortable, and the support is firm which will be a huge help while doing housework and yard work.

Very good back brace the inflatable rear pad makes it very secureand comfortable to wear I would highly recommend this belt.

Did a good job but the item was large for my body and doesn't compress as I need it too!

I have been using this product for several months. It does a great job of supporting the back and the pump up lumbar support feels very good. My concern is that I am a big guy and so the pull apart section of the hose and the clamp are behind my back and a couple of inches below the bottom of the brace. It is very difficult to reach around my back and do it by feel so I just leave the pump attached. I can open the valve after a few tries but it would be so much easier if the valve were within easy or visible reach. I have even resorted to slipping the whole brace down to my feet at the end of the day so I can reach everything. Awkward at best.I decided I would try to buy just the inflatable portion, requesting that there be no fitting in the hose so I could bring the valve to the side or front. I contacted Darlis customer service and got no response. I contacted Amazon and over the next several weeks they helped me make two additional attempts to contact the seller. No response at all. Amazon offered to give me my money back even though it had been months past the 30 day return window.So, bottom line, it's a very good product, but customer service is non-existent. As has always been my experience, Amazon went above and beyond to do everything they could to resolve the issue. Thank you Amazon.

This brace gives the perfect support for my lower back that I needed. It fits around my body in the right way and is super adjustable. I would however consider getting a size smaller then you think you need because of the adjustability. (It's easier to make it tighter then looser in my opinion) The thin metal support parts are also positioned in the right place for my size body. Couldn't be happier and so glad I found this product.

I gave a low review because I had to send back because of a new health diagnosis,and wasn’t able to use. Otherwise it seemed like a very good product.

This thing was a godsend! I used it during my move into a new home and let me just say without this thing I'd have been down for the count! It fits amazingly and the pump for the extra support is great! I'm 190lbs and it fit me without issue and I had little to no back pain after using it! If you want something that'll save your back while lifting heaving furniture and appliances this one is the way to go!

If you ever have a herniated disc, and looking towards surgery for it this is a wonderful brace to use prior to surgery. It relieves your pain just enough to help you do your physical therapy and sleep.Please know it does not take all the pain away but it does help you when it comes to your pain management, I’ve had to take a less painkillers which is a wonderful thing. Even though my surgeon did not want me using any back brace, physical therapist suggested me looking into it just to be able to help relieve some of the discomfort and it did work. Again it does not take all your pain away it just makes it more comfortable for you to do your exercise’s and sleep, I do not plan on using it after the surgery because I do not want to become dependent on it.
