I have already reviewed another of this company's product. Taking cue from that review , all i want to add is that Wild Bamboo Rice is a tricky one to cook. This sample which i bought as before had no impurities or fillers. The grains were stout and full. The rice when cooked and served hot gives a nice flavour to which you can add your own garnish. Above all the sugar spike was nearly non-existent at the standard PP timeline. I own three glucometers.The standard deviation in the readings were negligible.I fully wholly and emphatically recommend to all pre-diabetic and diabetic persons as me. I beleive you wont be disappointed. Also congratulations to the owner for providing a reliable niche in the diabetic friendly alternatives.
