This product seems to be working for me. Because I didnt want to take prescription drugs, my therapist said to try "Valerian Root Powder" for my "short temper" I searched around and found that it can only be purchased at a store in which sells Russian products. (in Brooklyn NY, too far for me) After doing much research on amazon, the closest I found was this product so figured i'd give it a try. When I started taking it, I was taking two with my breakfast in the a.m. I noticed it was giving me pressure headaches around the back of head near my neck. I cut the dose down to one and I'm doing ok now. I definitely do not feel my heart racing any longer, I find that towards the afternoon I'm sort of "giddy" if you know what I mean. Its not a high feeling, more of a everything is going great! type of mood. I will continue to purchase.

I bought this to help my daughter that has trouble maintaining a positive outlook. Life is tough and she has been through plenty that will give her the excuse to be overwhelmed, but no mother wants to see her child like that. I read through various supplements that offered similar help, this one seemed the most effective based on other people's review. I ordered it and received it in no time!! She has been taking it for about two weeks, maybe three, and I have a peaceful child!!! She still expresses all her emotions, but the negative, depressed, anxious ones are not consuming her. Okay. My second day of taking this products,, I take 2 pills every morning to start my day, I could feel the calmness 2 hours after taking the pills, lasted for about 6 to 7 hours... The bad thing is, I also developed bad headaches. Headaches lasted for a few hours. I love this products, it helps with stress and anxiety, my only wish is for the headaches to go away..

This is a great product for people with some anxiety and difficulty concentrating. It’s a natural alternative for people with lesser panic issues, but not a replacement for prescribed medications in cases of severe panic disorders. I like it, and it can take the edge off in stressful situations. I recommend it for anyone who hasn’t built a tolerance to medication. It’s a lovely combination of natural remedies.

Been very blessed by this combination. I have a friend who has complained about not getting sleep for years - PLUS, she says she can't use Valerian due to it 'wiring her' rather than calming her. But, I gave her Keep Calm and it worked wonderfully for her sleep deficit. She's actually been getting sleep and has reduced to 1 capsule, rather than 2. Also, gave to another friend. Have yet to get his evaluation; but, I can personally recommend this product for quick and consistent sleep thru the night. I think this is a very good combination of good herbs.

I was looking for a cheaper, just-as-effective alternative to Joy-Filled. That product costs $30 and would get to be expensive fairly quickly if you're looking for constant relief. I decided to give this a try.I wish I would've looked at the ingredients first.There is 1mg of Melatonin in the product. While that may not seem like much, I quickly found out I was ready to call it a day between 10am and 11am. I had difficulties the rest of the day keeping myself awake.It must be known to potential buyers that this isn't safe if you're going to be driving long distances. It works well to help you sleep, but as an anxiety suppressant, I consider it dangerous with the Melatonin added.I would highly avoid this and spend the extra few bucks on Joy-Filled. It's well worth it.

This product is very helpful for winding down my mind at night. I take it 1-2 hours before I want to go bed, because it starts taking effect by that time. It also improves my mood the next day- I’ve been taking it for several months now and notice my mood changes for the worse if I miss a few days of taking it. I only need to take 1 per day, definitely evening, and it helps Love this product!
