Almost as if they designed it for "droppers" like me. I love finding gems like these--thanks for a well-designed product that delivers on performance and affordability.A solid purchase and highly recommended.

Was looking for a speakerphone to hear better from my phone. I searched for bunch of speakers & they were mostly $60 minimum to $99 average. Bought this because it was the cheapest one with decent reviews. I tested it out playing music & was surprised by how powerful the speaker was. It played music better than my computer Bluetooth speakers. Microphone quality was okay. Giving is a 3/5. People could barely hear me on the phone. You get what you pay for. The microphone quality when connected to a computer is 3/5. It sounded a bit muffled. Not too bad though. This doesn't work well when speaking far away. Typical range is 2-3 feet max. Unless you speak very loud. Spend a little more to get a better quality microphone.

A work colleague told me, get one of these Speakerphones from CA Essentials, it makes Video meeting conversations come to life. Having grown tired of the endless BT Headphone meetings (Good audio, questionable mic), I thought, why not.What a surprise. This little box turns the online conversations into the voices I used to know when we sat in conference rooms together. Clean, clear, precise, very distinct audio... sounds like the person is sitting next to you in your office. And apparently, the Mic is equally good as no one has asked me to repeat anything since I switched over.Turn on a video or some music, and you will be pleasantly surprised. It may not stand up to your home stereo speakers, but compared to the audio coming from your PC, this little box rocks.Ease of use is the last bit. Volume up and down, right on top, as is Mute; Beautiful! Comes with a USB-C cable to connect directly to your PC, or you can use BT and connect to your phone or PC. I have an iPhone SE 2nd Gen. and every single time I have had to call a call center I had to shout at the phone.Not now! No issues I seem to be clear on the other end. And I can hear them clearly, sound quality is better on my end now also.Yeah I recommend this!

After 2 weeks of use, I feel I can give an honest review on this conference phone. When I first got it, the first thing I noticed was it’s small size. To test it out, I called my mother - because I knew she would answer. She, of course started talking about the weather. I couldn’t hear a thing. I was very disappointed and felt frustrated and got off the phone with her. I tried playing music on it and still felt it was hard to hear. That’s when I realized the volume was almost turned all the way down. DOH! Once turned up, I played another song that accentuated bass and it sounded great, but I felt it was still lacking something. I moved from my bed to my desk and once I had the device on a solid surface, THAT’S when I heard its full potential. It’s like it uses the surface of the desk to echo the sound out. I’m kind of an idiot so this might not be the case at all, but either way, definitely use it on a solid surface. Once my girlfriend got off work, she called and couldn’t tell that I had her on speakerphone (which she HATES!) and so I could finally free up my hands and do other things while on the phone with her. #winning. The following day I took the device to work and made several calls with it. The noise cancellation works flawlessly. Even had a coworker notice it and called over to my office to see how clear it was on the other side. He said it was as clear as any call he’s ever heard. The following Tuesday I had a legit conference call between in a meeting and it worked great. Had 3 of us in a conference room on the phone with 2 different callers. After the meeting I was asked about the device and recommended it to the others. I think my coworkers will be buying their own if they haven’t already. Definitely worth the price if you have regular work calls or spend any time on speakerphone or conference calls and want/need your hands free.The one thing I wish is that it came with a longer charging cord, but easily found a longer quality charging cord that sits on my desk for when I need to charge it - usually at the end of the day (just to have a full charge the next day, but it still has plenty charge after just one day).In the end, definitely recommend this product and if you don’t have a desk terminal with USB ports, a longer cord (or desk terminal) for charging is definitely a plus. This is one powerful device, especially in relation to its small size. Can’t wait to try other products from this company!

Good sound as a speaker but the microphone stops working out of nowhere until unplugged and plugged back in. Would not buy again. Taking my refund and looking for a different solution.

It doesn’t mute when on zoom or webex meetings, but in general it’s a really decent speakerphone for the price. Noise cancellation works well except for louder noises in the room. My dog was barking outside the windows and the folks on the call said they couldn’t hear a thing. No one can hear me typing right next to the speakerphone. I’m glad I could ditch the headphones (which were also great, but just a smidge limiting).

I was going to buy a Jabra or Anker unit but was put off by the comments relating to Bluetooth sound quality when using those speakerphones with a smartphone.I’m so glad I bought this model instead, I’m told the sound quality at the receivers end is fantastic and from my end voices are true and clear when using over Bluetooth with a smartphone.I use this speakerphone for video conferencing and phone calls, so the ease of switching from USB to Bluetooth is really useful.My only gripe is the USB cable that came with the speakerphone did not work, my laptop failed to acknowledge the speakerphone at all. A quick swap to my Samsung USB cable sorted the issue but it was disappointing that the boxed cable did not work with the unit.Still, that’s not enough to reduce the five star rating as the speakerphone itself is perfect!

All is good. Except to carrier case.The price is reasonable. I would have paid a little more if its supports Bluetooth Multipoint.

Ce n'est même pas une vrai grille sur le dessus, le son sort par le dessous et c'est tout.Je ne comprends pas comment certains on pu venter une quelconque qualité audio !
