Best anti-anxiety
Can't beat l-theanine for caffeine jitters and anxiety. I was using it to sleep with, think this did cause extremely vivid dreams and nightmares.

Good value
You are getting 120 easy to swallow tablets here. If you stick to the recommended dosage of one daily they will last you for months. They are easy to swallow and have a generous date of well over two years from the time of ordering. They are marked as being suitable for vegetarians but there is no mention of whether or not they are suitable for vegans. However, there is nothing in the ingredients or allergens that would suggest that this isn’t a product suitable for vegans as far as I can see. At the current price of just under a tenner they are very good value for money.

Ashwaganda
Together with Ashwaganda 500mg before bad make you so calm and you sleep like a Teddy Bear. I couldn't buy my previous suplement because was so good and the seller discontinued so I have to buy This supplement and separate Ashwaganda so this combination make me happy ,calm and I can sleep well.

Also comes in tablets if you want to split it for 100mg to combine with caffeine.

Small tablets rather than capsules - easy to swallow
Small tablets, usefully small dosage so you can ameliorate your intake as needed one with coffee in the morning to smooth out the caffeine or a couple at night as part of your sleep stack (Apigenin, Mag-T etc). Works well - will buy again.

Not for me sadly
I tried this after reading about the benefits of L-Theanine for improving sleep. I took it in the evening for a few nights but did not notice any improvement.However, this gave me terrible migraines so I had to stop using it.
