The product is delicate so I can understand why some people have received broken ones. Mine does not appear to be cracked, though I have it on a towel just in case! The reviews were really helpful, for example someone mentioning about how they thought the pump did not work then realised they needed to turn the dial. The pictures are also helpful - the instructions don't say that the pump is waterproof and should be put in the water, but that's made clear in the pictures on the product listing and after I got over my fear of putting an electrical item plugged into the mains into the water, it started to circulate the water. Given its price, I think this product is worth the money.

I can’t use it as it leaks everywhere… not happy!

Decent at first , then the mist just stops working , then so does the lights (eventually) but the water feature stays … I’ve now seen better ones for half of £50. So make sure you buy it if you really really want it and keep it in good condition tbh

I got this yesterday with some leakage in it. Water drops coming out.

This is a cute little product BUT it throws water everywhere. I fixed the problem with a small stone in the top of the waterfall. It slowed the flow down and stopped it spilling.

High recommend DO NOT BUY IT. Is not working properly, the lights are turning off unless you press the button constantly and leaking from everywhere. Definitely not suitable for indoors and is very bad quality.

A lovely, relaxing waterfall. Takes a little time to adjust the mister so as not to splash but I love it.
