I guess the manufacturer still haven't figure out how to make fryers work
The main work of the fryer is to make the oil stable at the set temperature, but this product even if yiu set it up at 180° c one day it will stop heating the oil at 140 and on next day it will reach at 220° there is so much fluctuations that you have to keep switching it on and off by checking it with another thermometer, which beats the whole purpose of buying this
