O produto é de excelente qualidade e aparência porém, no início encontrei problema para instalar, mas após entrar em contato com o fornecedor, me enviaram um vídeo de um outro produto, mas analisando melhor, consegui fazer a instalação seguindo parte da recomendação e utilizando outro acessório (Smartwatch) obtive sucesso... Muito bom e auxilia muito as funcionabilidades do equipamento Alexa...

Me gusto mucho el modelo aunque creo que le falta ser compatible con la fm del radio para que estuviera completo, aun así logre conectarlo bien con otro producto con compatibilidad de fm y bluethoot 5.0 y me encanta su funcionamiento, debo destacar que yo lo puse en el tablero una jeep libetry 2002 y el pegamento que tiene no me sirvió tuve que utilizar un pegamento epoxico con magníficos resultados. Es una lástima que no tenga aditamentos para cualquier tipo de automóvil. Por lo demás estoy encantado

UPDATE - I added some gorilla double sided sticky squares to the mount and it has held up great. I really like using the mount now that it stays upright. Outside of the adhesive it comes with, I would recommend this product.Like - The idea of having an automatic car mount with Alexa built in.Dislike - The completely useless adhesive pads it comes with that make this unusable.Unit comes with a base (plus an extra) that attaches to the dash of your car. I followed the directions as far as cleaning my dash and allowing it to sit for 10 minutes to bond with the dash surface. First attempt failed as soon as I twisted the mount on the base, which came right off the dash. It felt like it hadn't even bonded with the surface.Second attempt failed as well after following the same directions. This time however the mount stayed on the dash after twisting it onto the base. I got Alexa all set up and then attempted to set my phone in the mount. Once the mount clasped my phone, it came tumbling down like a pile of bricks. It couldn't support the weight of my phone. I use a Fold 2 with a case.So now I have to find an adhesive that actually works. For the price of this mount, its ridiculous that I have to even do this.My rating is strictly based on the fact that I have a mount I cannot use due the worthless material it came with. Once I get a chance to use the product, I'll be updating my review.

I dont think i received a brand new unit. Not jist the box as show in the photos but the product inside. It works well so i will not return it this time. To those who bought it as a gift will not be delighted.

Please don't waste your money on this type of product. Because it's not like that as they showing. Tape is not good in grip with the windshield. Alex is not working. Even 10 to 15 times I uninstalled and then install the app. Still same. So, please don't waste your money. You have lots of better options.
