I originally gave this 1 star because the app wasn't available for our Fire 10 tablet- I thought we had a 2019 tablet, but it was a 2018 model. So user error on my part- but seems like another way to sell electronics when our current inventory of 4 Fire tablets aren't obsolete models- (oh no, I sound like my mother "a little duct tape and tin foil and it's good as new)."Moving on, an overnight Prime delivery for a 2021 Fire 10 tablet (another $160) and we were off to the races! Our 6yo is working thru the lessons (I'm almost nervous the intro lessons are too easy, but great refreshers for school starting in 7 weeks. This seems like a great learning system as long as you own or purchase a compatible (aka NEW) tablet. All in all, both the tablet and BYJUS learning system are cheaper investments than monthly Kumon classes as $110/month. We paid full price and this is my honest, unsponsered review.

My Disney obsessed daughter absolutely loved the kindergarten set she got as a gift and completed it pretty quickly. NOW HOWEVER; we bought the whole 1st grade kit and the app has suddenly stopped working completely! No trouble shooting works, tried different devices, cleared storage, deleted and reinstalled, etc... Attempts to reach customer service have been unsuccessful so hopefully Amazon can prevent more people from this. Many similar experiences reported on the app store as well. Way too expensive to be useless. I cant even return it because I'm out of the window and we just opened it!

I am so glad I ordered the full set of workbooks because my daughter is going through these rapidly! That may be a good and a bad thing :) She is motivated to use this more than other school books, websites, apps or games we have. The content is easy for her - perhaps too easy, but she enjoys it, and it reinforces what she already knows. It's also teaching her to follow instructions.Workbooks are sturdy and I love that there is an interactive/digital element, while still using fine motor and "ink" or crayon on paper skills.The only negative I can say at this point - for owning it just over a week - is that I wish there was more content - more workbooks per grade, and that they would sell the grade level bundles for repeat customers without purchasing another Osmo device/stand. Seems like an unnecessary waste.

We have 9 kits, 3 grade levels. Over $1k deep. It started out great. The app was great, very easy to follow, very good at keeping the kids attention. Now since September the app won’t load. As others have mentioned there is no customer service. No email replies, no Facebook or instagram replies, no way to submit an inquiry on the website. And far past the point of return on here. The workbooks and app go hand in hand and it doesn’t make any sense to try to do the workbooks without having the app as the app has such crucial features to teaching and holding the child’s attention. It seems that if there is not going to be any way to resolve this, we should look into a class action lawsuit.

I just want everyone to know. I homeschool my twin autistic children who are 10 years old. I absolutely had wished I knew about these sooner. I purchased prek-3rd grade and wow has it been a game changer for us. They are more involved, pay attention, better behaved during school work because it's something they absolutely enjoy. I have to admit I love seeing what's next. I wish they had these till 12th grade. It's such a wonderful program. I've already told people who have neurotypical children about these and they've already bought them. THANK YOU!!!! Please consider doing more till 12th grade.

I Love this because it helps support my granddaughter learning in Pre-K.She is 4 and getting the phonics controlling the pencil and crayon to write and color is reiterated in the portal. Her letters, numbers and recognition of of day to day items correct colors have been key.Each book advance her to the next level of learning plus the books can be used for the 2nd granddaughter as well because the markers and crayons are erasable. Yeah!Great Learning Tool and investment 👍 👌 👏

Never have a written a bad review but I am desperate to get some customer service for this product. I have bought three grade level kits over the past 2 years and for the most part enjoy the product. A week ago I noticed the app wouldn't upload as usual. Per the company's webpage trouble shooting FAQ I removed the app from my Fire Tablet and tried re-installing with no luck. When that didn't work I tried filling out their online question form but each time I pressed "submit" it said it was not able to send. I tried emailing their customer service department (twice) with no response. I have left Instagram messages, reached out to the seller on Amazon and even wrote Osmos which is another learning app owned by the same company my kids use as well. I am desperate for someone to respond and help me. I'm sure it won't be a hard fix but extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

This is a very high quality learning tool. My son loves the Disney characters and the high level of interaction while completing the workbooks. He gets to see his work right on the iPad. There are a large amount of workbooks with different subjects such as reading, phonics, and math with various levels. Each books features different Disney characters as well. This also contains the Osmo system itself as well as crayons and special markers to complete the workbooks. My son doesn’t even realize that he is learning. He is simply having fun with a cool new app on the Ipad. This is a great investment and a win for parents!
