Make sure you measure the stock rings!
I added these to a breathtakingly beautiful 2008 Washburn WI-45. I guess I thought this was gonna be great, and I'm sure it would have been. The rings just don't fit this guitar. I was lead to believe spelled ( assumed) these would work on any of the Les Paul type guitars. Those LP's are curved..I guess the Washburn isn't curved the same degree as the LP's are.. .. I spent a couple hours removing the strings and fiddling with the pickups, mounting screws and springs..I didn't see the benefit of them (optically) so, after all that fussing, I removed them and replaced the original rings and springs.. I wouldn't hesitate to install these on the right guitar. They are metallic red and one that w/could accent the pickups on any guitar..I hope this helps.cheers!

Wrong dimensions on the screw holes
Unfortunately the screw holes are not the same dimensions as my Gibson LP rings. Slightly to big to be useful. These measure 84mm x 37mm, I included a picture showing the size difference. To bad because the quality is nice. Guess I'll try Allparts next.

Very disappointed
Not even close to the right Contour of my 2005.Epi Les Paul classic.. It had to be sanded quite a lot to even be close. The holes lined up I will say. But by the time you do all that sanding unless you're extremely careful. And I mean extremely careful. The metal shavings will scratch the Chrome. Basically making it unusable if you're like me. And want it to look brand new and nice and shiny. Which is probably why you bought a chrome pickup ring in the first place. But with that being said it is a beautiful pickup ring and it's a shame that they do not make these. To fit The guitars they clearly state in the description that it's supposed to fit. But I will say right at the end of their description. It does say you may need to send it a little. So what can I say? It is what it is. I will not be purchasing another from this company though.

Sucks! In my spare parts bin to die and rot in endless waves of shame!
When I received this set I was pretty anxious to get them on my LP...they look great and feel stout! Then came time for the install...Wha-Wha-Whaaaa...freakin let down! The screw holes aren't even close! There's so many negative reviews, I should have known and heeded the warnings...SAVE YOUR CASH! GO ELSEWHERE! HEED THE WARNINGS! I mean who wants to drill new holes in their guitar and/or take a chance on damaging the finish just to get these things to fit. And I sure don't want to sit there and "adjust to fit" something that's suppose to be DESIGNED to fit. Last I checked Gibson's quality control is spot on which equates to LP rings being pretty consistent across the board...can't understand the issue with these guys and why they haven't fixed an obviously blatant problem. I bought a set of black rings from another seller, they fit perfect with no "modifications" needed. These are in my spare parts bin and will probably die and rot there in endless justified waves of shame!

Does not fit USA Gibson Les Paul Standard
This product is significantly wider than the actual WIDTH of regular pickup rings for a US Gibson Les Paul Standard and cannot be "sanded down" as the mounting screw holes wouldn't align correctly regardless; fact is, this product destroyed my custom made pick-guard during the install attempt. This item should not be sold as a replacement, this is really for a project guitar.

Won’t fit Les Pauls properly
Did not fit my Les Paul at all, couldn’t get the pickups screwed in and the frame is too small for Gibson pickups to be set correctly. In the process of trying to fit these into my guitar, I ruined the pickups and now have to replace those. What was supposed to be a 12 dollar cosmetic upgrade has now turned into a 250 dollar repair. Buyer beware.

Out of Spec - Does Not Fit Well
The ring for the neck pickup is 'ok' but the curve does not match the guitar's top 100%, so there is a tiny gap in one spot, which is visible. The bridge pickup ring was totally out of spec, it isn't wide enough, the screwholes do not line up with those in the guitar. The guitar is fine, the existing rings fit perfectly. So do rings from my parts box. The issue is that these chrome rings are made poorly, undersized and not to spec. I do not recommend buying them. I tried to open the holes up a bit to give me more leeway but the rings are too far out of spec for that to work. Hard Pass on these, not worth the effort. I did get one on my guitar and I'll leave it there until I find a set that are made better.

Great chrome look, not a good size fit
I love the look of these chrome pickup mounting rings, but they are significantly larger than the plastic rings I had on my Epiphone Les Paul. The neck ring didn't quite fit right because the ring is thick, so I had to screw the piece in slightly crooked leaving a small gap between ring and guitar body. I also had to cut my pickguard to fit it in place after installing these rings.

Almost Great
I have a mid 90's American made Gibson Les Paul. The bridge mount is perfect and looks great. As others have said, there isn't quite enough curve in the neck one. It's hardly noticeable but I can lose my top E in the gap - in practice that's never going to happen. Just for illustration. Given that the top face is flat whereas the original mount is curved this means that the mounting screws are barely long enough. I feel like I want to screw it down tighter but I suspect I'll only end up threading the hole in the body of the guitar.

Cool chrome pick up rings
Looks stunning completely changes the athtestic of my single cut. The curve isn't perfect but that more to do with my guitar than the hardware. And only £10 for the set.oh and there metal not plastic.

Didn't fit my Gibson Studio
They look nice with a nice finish but were too big for my Gibson Studio. The holes didn't line up so I've no way to fit them. The curve also wouldn't have been flush to the body if they did fit and the pick guard wouldn't have fit back.I measured the corner holes to be 79mm apart, inner edge to inner edge and 84mm apart measure from the center of the holes.

Ideal For Guitar New Builds, Nice Finish
My kit 335 needed something a little classier than the black plastic pickup frames it came with, so while I was building it I found these. The finish is excellent and they are metal. The profile fit the 335 body perfectly. The holes as pointed out elsewhere do not necessarily fit the originals, but if you are building a new guitar these are a nice choice. If they're being used in place of an old set be sure the measurements as supplied by the manufacturer will work with your guitar.
