Works but doesn't last long
It works, I've been using it for helmet visors, swimming goggles and spectacles. Only downside is it does not last long, max 1 day and i.e if you do not wipe it with any other solution or water.

Only a lens cleaner
This does not work well as an anti-fogging agent. This is practically a cheap lena cleaner marketed as anti fogging agent. Doesn't work well.
