I really love this product for its quality and effectiveness—it truly stands out compared to others I’ve tried. However, I’m not a fan of the bottle cap design. It tends to spill, which can be frustrating and wasteful. If they improve the packaging, this would be a perfect product!

Although it taste extremely bad , this stuff works.

BIONATAL BLACK SEED OIL:I have used 3 different types of BSO so far, and the one that stood out for me is the Bionatal BSO. A daily teaspoon intake of this oil (2X am & pm); gave me amazing results. This BSO is effective and very potent as it worked well with combating joint pains and inflammation for me.I also applied it topically to my sore knees and it works like magic!!I had ingrown toe nails, with so much excruciating pains; but with daily applications to the affected toe, the pains have gone, and my toe nail is growing upwards and no longer growing into my skin!The taste don't matter to me as long as the BSO works on the ailments. 💪!!I have used up the 4.2 FL OZ that I bought for testing, and went ahead to order the 16 OZ PET bottle. Upon arrival I shall pay attention to how effective this BSO would act in helping lower BP nos; and hopefully I shall update the community on the results I shall receive. Shalom!!

Good quality unfiltered

After watching the video I mixed it with 700ml along with my powdered breakfast drink. I had no problems drinking it. I found after taking it for one week I could breathe better and my joint discomfort was nearly gone!

This stuff really works and I feel the difference in my knees. The taste is pretty strong and harsh, but I always wash it down with water and take my gummy vitamin right after so it doesn't last long at all. I would have given it five stars but every time I open the bottle and place the cap down oil always drips out everywhere and it can get messy if you're not careful.

I saw one other review with the same experience I had with this product and thought I should say my experience just to put out a warning. I had been taking this product for a week with no issues except that it tastes so horrible. But this morning I took it and felt granules in it and before I could spit it out to see what it was I had already swallowed and immediately I was hit with a horrible burning sensation. It was in my chest, throat, and into my sinuses and ears. It was incredibly painful. I have almost entirely lost my voice and the pain still hasn’t subsided in my throat and it’s been many hours since I took it. I really wanted to like this supplement because of all the benefits of it, but I’ll have to look into something else. Just a word of warning if you decided to take this.
