Have never had one of these so did my research and felt this was a good option. Wish I had purchased one sooner!! Yes the upfront cost is quite high but it works out so much cheaper in the long run when compared to going to a beauty salon. The results are amazing, I feel so much more confident and my bikini line looks amazing. No more horrible shaving rash or in growing hairs…honesty, it’s amazing and so easy to use. Highly highly recommend 😁

I was worried this may be painful, however I found it to be fine! Easy to use and get to grips with. Fast treatment time have only used twice so yet to see results. Only thing to mention is the flash is extremely bright sunglasses or protective glasses will make it more comfortable.

I used it for 3 times/3 weeks according to the manufacturer's instructions. After 3 weeks the yellow head stopped flashing showing a constantly red light. I have fair skin and dark hair so it should have worked "a la book". I changed the heads and still had the same problem. It flushes from time to time—a waste of money. I am highly disappointed with this product. I can't return it as the 4 weeks have gone by.Do not buy it! Bought this and the Philips 8000/9000 series, first impression is this Braun feels much cheaper than the Philips IPLs and had a rattling sound from inside the device! The head attachments also had a dark scratch on it. Bag is advertised as black but beige arrived! Disappointed with customer service supervisor who showed no effort to resolve the issue of price difference for a replacement and expects customers to be financially out of pocket after receiving a faulty item. Will not be ordering again and will stick to Philips brand which feels better quality, surprised at the change of attitude of Amazon customer service!

Have only used once and am following the plan of use once per week for 12 weeks My skin feels softer, I cant say I've noticed a difference on hair growth which is to be expected! Love that it can be used on mains rather than running out of charge (as I often do with my epilator). Interchangeable heads easy to swap all in all so far so good!
