Ah, all that is good in French food is right there in the Biscottes, especially Heudebert.
I just received this package and, of course, just had to open it. It is much smaller than I remember them being years ago, but what isn't. Anyway, once I saw those very recognizable packages, just had to open one box and see if the taste is the same as I remember it. I took one bite and savored the aroma before slathering on jam. I was brought back to my childhood but more importantly, it is the freshness, you automatically recognize the taste of wheat. that as been lightly toasted, an aroma that only someone who appreciates quality would recognize. Thank you for the super prompt shipment. I remember that the reason the products taste so fresh is that, Lu does not plant any crops within so many feet of a road. Why is that important? Because of the pollution caused by vehicle exhaust. Let me go savor another one. Thank you.
