Crispy rice mold
I used it to make rice balls for spicy tuna crispy rice. It worked out great!

Much faster than by hand
Apply some non-stick spray or wipe with a little oil and make nigiri very quickly. I would prefer if the compartments were slightly smaller (maybe 7/8 or 3/4 the size they are now), but that is really more of preference. This worked very well to speed up my sushi making.

There are no directions for using. You just have to guess.
