I was torn between a 4 and a 5-star rating, so you can consider this a 4.5 rating. Overall, I am happy with the results of the product for the price. I bought it to remove a fine mustache growing on my upper lip, not as thick or noticeable as a male 'stache but enough for me to desire a relatively permanent fix, lest it become worse with time (and especially shaving). There are two tubes that come in one box - one to use for burning out the follicles resulting in quick hair removal, and the aloe vera cream to soothe the area afterwards. I was very worried that I might experience the severe burning that others have reported with just a tiny dab of it, but after trying it several times, sometimes with a thick layer, I'm fortunate I have no burning, red marks, or pain. Sometimes the 2nd cream wasn't even necessary. I've used it twice, two weeks apart, to remove the stache so far. The .5 star was for the foul chemical odor emanating from the cream, which is difficult to walk around with in the minutes it takes to work, and then to wash off.

I've been using this for many years, no drugstores carry it anymore, so Amazon is the only place I can get it, it is the BEST product, works every time and keeps skin nice and smooth afterwards!

Works pretty well and does not irritate my skin. I doubt that there is a better brand.

Do not leave on for the full 4 minutes, I repeat do not leave on for the full 4 minutes. It burnt my skin so bad and the after cream made it worse. I was so hopeful for this product as a friend of my uses it as well. I late found out she leaves it on for maybe 2 minutes and that is it. DONT LEAVE ON THE FULL 4 MINUTES. my lip is burning so incredibly bad

This is the best hair removal cream that I've used so far. It only takes a few minutes and it just wipes off the hair. Wonderful.

I was told that if I apply the depilatory it would remove hair and last for at least 5 days, it lasted maybe 2, I felt stubble the next day. It doesn’t work well for long term.

Always have a box on hand. Sometimes you just look in the mirror and some unwanted hairs stare back - get em!!! And it is very gentle too. The hair is gone and the lip is still usable.

Removes hair within 6 min, doesn't stink like the other popular product and has never burned me.
