I needed to cover a cat-plucked chair in a hurry, long story, and this was the only cover I could find that could be delivered quickly. It is very soft and sort of a jersey material, not nasty scratchy synthetic stuff as I feared. You can machine wash it though I wouldn't chance it in a tumble drier for fear it would shrink to the size of a jam pot cover. It fits a tub chair and there are noodle things supplied to force the fabric to stay on the cushion. I'm not personally very taken by the design but that's just personal taste. When I sit on it I feel like Hyacinth Bucket is going to come racing in with a tray of painted periwinkle cups, I would have preferred a nice plain bright colour, but I can adjust to it.

Lovely cover, fits perfect, transformed my old chair.

I got this to replace an identical item I had on the chair for years. That one fitted perfectly, but the inserts that kept it tucked in had gone missing!However this one doesn’t fit as well.Loose in some parts, too tight in others. Also with marks on it.Going to put our old, better fitting one back on, using the inserts from this one.
